1. I can't seem to login using previously assigned password? - Try forgot password by clicking here. You must use previously registered email address to retrieve your password.
- If your email address is not found and can't retrieve password, please register as new customer by clicking here. If you have been approved previously, approval process will be processed in short time during our normal business hours.

2. I just registered, when will I be able to checkout and view prices?- Within one business day after registration we will follow up to finalize and activate your online account.
- Once activated you will receive your login information to view prices and to shop online.

3. Is there a minimum order amount?- Yes, all UPS & Pick-Up orders must be a minimum of $300.
4. What are wholesale quantities?- For items that are sold per pieces, the minimum wholesale quantities are the following:
- Barber Accessories: 6pcs minimum.
- Cosmetics: 6pcs minimum.
- Combs/Brushes/Piks: 6pcs minimum.
- Electrical: no minimum.
- Manicure/Pedicure: 3pcs minimum.
- Nail Polish: 6pcs minimum.
- Scissors & Hair Shears: 3pcs minimum.
- Sundries: 6pcs minimum.
- Wet Goods: 3pcs minimum.
5. Is the email confirmation I receive my final invoice statement?- No, the order confirmation is for reference only. It does not reflect back-orders, shortages, or price adjustments and is only used to verify items and quantities. You will receive an official Hair Motion Int'l Corp invoice with your shipment.
